  • The tunes add some amazing horsepower from low end to high end RPM and really give your machine that kick you're looking for.  Our AA Stage 1 clutch kit compliments the tuning perfectly by more efficiently transferring power to the wheels and ridding yourself of the very lazy factory clutching setup.  We finish the kit off with the AA Defender slip-on exhaust which is just what your machine needs!  We set out to produce an exhaust that looks great, sounds great and most important of all - performs great!   For more information on the exhaust features please follow the link above. 
  • The Defender HD10 is a great UTV with potential.  It's priced right, and for just a little more we can get the power you are needing. Our clutch kit and tuning combo shows real gains when clutching for a higher RPM as this motor likes to rev more than what the factory allows.
    • Horsepower gains are 9-10 RWHP If you clutch the vehicle for 6400-6700 RPM @ 45-50 MPH with the AA tune and exhaust.
    • Not just dyno tested! We are avid riders and like the factory, a ton of the testing is done in the field to make sure you are getting 110%.  With data logging capabilities you can't get any better testing than real world.  Often times we can make significant changes to further increase power, drivability, and feel of the machine that can never be done on the dyno.
    • Quicker throttle response and power delivery
    • Throttle by wire tables are modified for better response, especially in high range.  Low range throttle mapping is a little better, but still left mild for good crawling. 
    • More low range throttle, stock throttle mapping does not allow for 100% throttle in low
    • Torque calculations set correctly to ensure the most performance at all times
    • Fuel tables modified to gain low end punch and safe yet powerful air/fuel ratios
    • Timing tables modified for best power per tune, available in 87 octane and 91-93 octane.
    • Fan on/off temps lowered from factory 203/198°F to 185/180°F
    • Winter tunes (runs hotter but safe coolant temps) available for those with cabs/heaters in cold climates. Easy to switch when seasons change!
    • Speed limiters removed - Optional seatbelt limiter disabled (Gauge cluster will still show seat belt warning)
    • Rev limit raised from 8000 to a safe 8500 RPM.  Best peak RPM is 6400-6700 RPM @ 50 MPH in high range.
    • Safety parameters to protect your motor are still in place
    • Powervision flash tuner reprograms your ECU in roughly 8-10 minutes per flash over the diagnostic port
    • Easily return back to stock, switch tunes, or upgrade tunes at any time
    • A great gauge (see live engine parameters) and data logging device
    • Includes Level 2 tune:  Meant for aftermarket slip-on/full exhaust systems only. Available in 87 octane or 91-93 octane.
  • Wondering why go with our tune(s) over the DynoJet tunes? We go the extra mile to make sure everything is gained, and have a few extra tricks up our sleeve because we test in the real world. Other maps take their time to hit peak timing numbers which really hurts performance. Our map gets you into peak timing quicker, so max power seems more instant. We also have a great fuel curve that is designed to go with our timing curve, and offers better fueling for more power at WOT.  We also do some work with torque limiters as in the dirt we saw throttle closures when spinning the tires. Our map fixes that issue giving you 100% locked power delivery.  We also do the easy things like up the speed limiter to where you will never hit, disable 2 foot limiters & more. Basically, this is the all out tune that has all the features you want built right into it. 
  • To help better transfer the power gained to the wheels, and to achieve proper peak RPM, this kit includes our Stage 1 Clutch Kit:
    • Our S1 kit for the Defender is simple with our secondary helix and spring, but works amazing.   This kit does nothing with your primary clutch which makes installation and adjustment easier.  We found the secondary clutch needed help, and the primary clutch settings were well done for good belt grip.  Utilizing our helix and stiffer secondary spring we are able to ramp up RPM faster, especially for those with larger tires, paddles, tunes, and exhaust.
    • When adding larger tires or more vehicle weight, the Defender HD10 loses peak RPM and acceleration suffers.  Even stock they only turn 5500-6000 RPM peak.  We really like to see them at or just over 6000 RPM with the OEM tune.  However, we HIGHLY suggest our tuning for the HD10 when clutching as you can dial it in for 6400-6700 RPM and the vehicle really comes to life.  The combination is hands down the way to go.  If you have others tuning, our kit should still work well at that RPM as long as they did their job.
    • Works well with tire sizes 27" to 33" and paddles 28" to 32".  If you have 34-35" tires, please let us know before purchasing
    • If you have gear reduction in the transmission or portals, please let us know before purchasing
    • A must-have when running larger tires or paddles
