- The Maverick X3 120HP is a great UTV that has a ton of potential. It's priced right, and for just a little more we can get the power you are needing.
- Initial 120HP to 185HP Upgrade Kit includes: PV3 tuner, Intercooler with Fan, S2 clutch kit, BOV, and charge tube & clamps. You can then opt to upgrade to the 172hp fuel pump to add even more power up to 230HP
- We have 3 levels of performance for pump gas on the intercooler/stock fuel pump configuration up to 185HP. For those who upgrade to the 205HP upgrade kit, which adds the 172HP fuel pump kit, we have 6 levels of performance from pump gas up to 205HP, to race fuel and E-85 up to 230HP! Tunes are now intercooler/fan ready with no need for an additional harness/switch.
- If you choose to add the 172HP fuel pump later on you can purchase tunes for this as well at a later time here! These tunes are built off the 120HP base tune, but have all the same updates/horsepower levels as the 172HP X3's.
- 2018-19 models require upgrading to a high flow intake or a 2020+ airbox.
- OEM shroud over intercooler is NOT used. Intercooler is oversized so some slight trimming is required to drop into the housing.
- Exhaust (cat delete is fine) highly suggested for Level 3 or higher to run at optimum performance
- If you are looking for the most badass custom tunes that are easily loaded to your X3 from the Dynojet Powervision, you've found them! AA's performance tunes are offered loaded directly on the Powervision ECU tuner. This versatile tuner allows our tunes to easily be uploaded to your factory ECU, switch between tunes, and even return to stock. The PV is also a great gauge showing boost, timing and much more. You can leave the Powervision hooked up for gauges, or completely remove it after flashing your ECU. The Powervision also has excellent data logging capabilities if you download the software, and use your laptop. You can even view trouble codes and erase them on the fly. We are highly experienced in ECU tuning and it shows. Our tunes are simply set up correctly, and everyone with a Powervision should have these tunes! They are also easily labeled and will show horsepower gains with supporting mods such as exhaust and clutching. These tunes modify all the necessary maps to create big horsepower while still maintaining a reliable and safe X3. Each tune is built specifically for your Powervision allowing us to change various things like rev limit or fan temp if needed.

- Level 1 (Intercooler w/stock fuel pump): This tune produces roughly 170 crank horsepower on 91-93 octane. This tune runs an average of 14 PSI of boost and is a very safe tune to run on even 91 oxy/ethanol fuel. This tune absolutely rips on 14 PSI and puts you right on par with the 172HP model horsepower! 2018-19 models can upgrade to our high flow intake and gain another 5-7 HP. Will work with our without an aftermarket exhaust. **Required Mods: Clutch kit, wastegate crack pressure at 7-8 PSI.**

This tune runs an average of 18-18.5 PSI of boost with a hotter timing curve to pick up extra torque and HP. This tune is wicked fast! **2018-19 models must have a high flow intake (2020-22 models already have a high flow intake). Required mods: aftermarket exhaust (at least cat delete), clutch kit, Wastegate crack pressure should be 9-10 PSI.**

- Level 4 AV (Intercooler w/172HP fuel pump): This tune produces roughly 220 crank horsepower and has the same requirements as the original Level 4.

- Level 5 (Intercooler w/172HP fuel pump): This tune produces roughly 230 crank horsepower on 105-110 octane. We normally run MS109 as it's unleaded (longer O2 life). This tune runs an average of 19-20 PSI of boost with an even hotter timing curve over Level 4 to further pick up extra torque and HP. This tune is crazy fast for the stock turbo! Hands down, this is the highest horsepower tune possible on the factory turbo/wastegate & factory injectors. **2018-2019 must have a high flow intake (2020+ models already have a high flow intake). Required mods: aftermarket exhaust (at least cat delete), clutch kit, Wastegate crack pressure should be 10-12 PSI.**

- Level 6 E85 Kill mode (Intercooler w/172HP fuel pump & AA 1200cc injectors): This tune produces 230 crank HP. This E-85 tune packs as much, if not more, punch than the Level 5 tune but must be used with our 1200cc injectors. This tune is an absolute riot and will leave others in the dust. We throw down a huge 185-190 RWHP with this tune at 19-20 PSI of boost, with a wicked timing curve for the cool burning E-85. This one will throw you back in the seat as soon as you get on the throttle and keep pulling for days! Hands down, this is the highest horsepower tune possible on the factory turbo/wastegate. **2018-19 models must have a high flow intake (2020-22 models already have a high flow intake). Required mods: aftermarket exhaust (at least cat delete), clutch kit, Wastegate crack pressure should be 10-12 PSI. If purchasing this tune it will automatically include the injectors. Your other tunes purchased will also be built for the 1200cc injectors (tunes must be written for those specific injectors)**

- How to: Waste Gate Adjustment
- Max boost levels are listed as reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temps, intercooler temps and many other conditions play into a factor of final boost output. AA tunes do a better job of making sure you reach these levels as the factory tunes are overly safe.
- Why AA tunes over others? We have been tuning UTV's with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field going back to the 800 RZR. Tuning a CVT vehicle properly is not an easy task as you have so many variables at one time. We spend the time to wheel dyno(with actual UTV tires) correctly per modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutching knowledge to do so. Every change in horsepower can result in us changing clutching several times. We also develop most of our supporting mods so we know everything works correctly, and build parts to fit the vehicles needs. Lastly and honestly the most important; we then back up our results with real world data logging on local trails and our facility on 110 acres. It's this combination that truly makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or less rated tune horsepower.
