- If you are looking for the most badass custom tunes that are easily loaded to your sled, you've found them! AA's performance tunes are offered through a cloud based handheld ECU tuner. This versatile tuner allows our tunes to easily be uploaded to your factory ECU, switch between tunes, and even return to stock. The AA tuner device also has excellent data logging capabilities that can be shared with us instantly through the server (internet connection required). We are highly experienced in tuning these sleds and that will show. Our tunes are simply set up correctly and everyone with a Boost 850 should have these tunes! They are also easily labeled and will show rough horsepower claims with supporting mods such as exhaust and clutching. These tunes modify all the necessary maps to create big horsepower, while still maintaining a reliable and safe sled.

- OEM Boost level on Patriot boost is 3psi on average at low elevation
- Peak RPM for all tunes should be 8000-8200 for best performance. Our AA clutch kit is coming soon!
- Level 1 for 91-93 Octane Fuel: +1psi of boost/+10 horsepower. This is a great tune to have if you run into poor fuel quality throwing the knock sensor. Clutching is not needed, but will always help gain maximum power.
- Level 2 for 91-93 Octane Fuel: +2psi of boost/+20 horsepower. This is the most popular calibration as it's the maximum pump gas tune and is wicked fast for pump gas. This tune has excellent increases in low to top end that just keeps pulling for days! Clutching is not needed, but highly suggested to keep RPM below 8200 and properly load the turbocharger for peak boost/performance. Exhaust will gain another 4-5hp with this tune.
- **Coming Soon** Level 3 for 98-100 Octane Fuel: +3-4psi of boost/+30-35 horsepower. Get ready to hang on because this tune is stupid fast. This calibration was developed on VP Octanium fuel additive which we mix 1 can per tank of pump gas. This additive is the most convenient way to run level 3. It can also be run on a 50/50 mix of 110 and pump gas(91-93oct). This tune requires clutching to keep peak RPM in the 8000-8200 range and properly load the motor. Exhaust will add another 4-5hp with this tune.
- **Coming Soon** Level 4 for 108-110 Octane Fuel: +6-7psi of boost/+50-55 horsepower. This tune is an absolute animal! Perfect for hitting the lake and showing your buddies what the patriot boost is made of. This tune requires clutching to keep peak RPM in the 8000-8200 range and properly load the motor. Exhaust will add another 4-5hp with this tune.
- Fogger tune: This increases oiling and should only be ran for 1-2 minutes to fog the engine after riding season is over
- Max boost levels are listed as reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temps, intercooler temps and many other conditions play into a factor of final boost output. AA tunes do a better job of making sure you reach these levels as the factory tunes are overly safe, and have strict standards to meet.
- Why our tunes over others? This really depends on our tune level. The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than others tunes. Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors. Our safer tunes will hold power longer and be much easier on your motor & turbo. When your sled detunes or starts blowing too much hot air because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock! We spent all of the 2022-23 season testing to ensure our tunes were working very well. Everything is taken care of for you, ensuring you have the best tunes out there... that should be worth every penny.
