Gilomen Innovations Polaris Ranger 1000 G5 100 HP ECU tune. Each tune is setup specifically for your exact model and tire size. This tune turns your slow doggy Ranger in to a powerful, fun, fast and very responsive machine when proper clutching is applied! The three position performance switch on the dash remains fully functional. The "work" and "standard" modes stay stock while the "Performance" mode offers all out power!. If your machine is equipped with turf mode I can assure you it will stay fully functional just as it was designed to be. This tune does not cause any codes / check engine lights. It allows 100% power in All gears. The seat-belt limiter is disabled. This tune version is the most aggressive and only reflash currently offered by Gilomen Innovations for the 1000cc Ranger models. It performs great on 87 octane gas and even better on 91 octane gas. All engine protections are left in place. Fuel and timing maps are revised for peak performance on pump gas while keeping your piston crown temps and valves cooler than stock. Additional protection is offered by lowering the cooling fan temp from 205 degrees down to 190 to keep your engine running cooler and lasting longer. Rev limiter is raised to a safe 8800 RPM, Speed limiters in all gears are eliminated. Clutch tuning is absolutely needed with this tune. The stock clutching is designed to run at 6100-6400 RPM which is way too low for this tune, after this ECU tune the peak power is up over 7000 rpm. If you want full potential out of this tune you absolutely NEED to re-clutch. Once you receive the ECU just plug it in and you are ready to go.
